4.1. Limitation of Liability:
Salon In (distributed by Quick US) provides its products, including hair care and beauty products, on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but Quick US (as the exclusive distributor of Salon In in the United States) does not guarantee the results or outcomes of product use. By purchasing and using Salon In products, you understand and agree that:
- Salon In (Quick US) is not responsible for any allergic reactions, burns, hair loss, or any other adverse effects that may occur during or after using the product, whether such reactions are caused by the product or other external factors.
- Quick US is not the manufacturer of these products and therefore disclaims any liability for the formulation, ingredients, and design of the products. The manufacturer of Salon In products is Recamier, located in Colombia, and all product-related claims, including those involving adverse reactions or product defects, should be directed to Recamier.
4.2. Indemnification:
By purchasing and using Salon In products distributed by Quick US, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Quick US, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, any allegations of harmful effects caused by the product, whether such claims are valid or falsely made.
4.3. Product-Related Claims and Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a product-related claim (including any adverse effects, injuries, or dissatisfaction with the product), you understand and agree that Quick US (as the distributor) will not be the party responsible for handling such claims, as we are not the manufacturer of the product.
- You agree that any legal claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from the use of Salon In products must be directed solely to Recamier, the manufacturer of the product, and not to Quick US.
- You acknowledge and agree that Quick US will not bear any responsibility for product defects or manufacturer-related issues and will not be involved in product warranty claims, product safety concerns, or any defective product complaints.
4.4. Exclusive Recourse to Manufacturer:
You agree that in the event of any dispute regarding product performance or if you believe the product has caused damage, injury, or adverse reactions, your exclusive recourse is to contact Recamier directly. You understand that Quick US is solely the distributor of Salon In products and is not the product manufacturer.
