- Notify Salon In about the products you wish to return or exchange, and the reason, by contactingΒ info@salonin.usΒ withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of receiving your order.
- The email should include:Β
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Product(s)
- Reason for refund or exchange
- Once the request is received, we will review the case. If applicable, we will send a return label, and the product must be shipped withinΒ 30 business daysΒ once the return is confirmed by Salon In.
- The returned package must include a copy of the invoice.
- The refund will be processed withinΒ 5 to 10 business daysΒ after receiving the product and validating the bank details. The exchange will be processed withinΒ 3 to 7 business days.
Salon In will cover return shipping costs if the package is available for pickup on the first attempt. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the customer will bear additional costs.
- If the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, Salon In will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- If the replacement is not available withinΒ 5 business days, a full refund will be processed withinΒ 5 to 10 business daysΒ after receiving the customer's bank account details.
- To qualify for a free return, the product must beΒ unopened, in itsΒ original packaging, and withΒ intact labels
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received the product as a gift, you can exchange it withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of delivery.
