Simple Steps for Hassle-Free Returns and Product Exchanges

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Steps to Request a Refund or Exchange:
  • Notify Salon In about the products you wish to return or exchange, and the reason, by contactingΒ info@salonin.usΒ withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of receiving your order.
  • The email should include:Β 
  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Product(s)
  • Reason for refund or exchange
  • Once the request is received, we will review the case. If applicable, we will send a return label, and the product must be shipped withinΒ 30 business daysΒ once the return is confirmed by Salon In.
  • The returned package must include a copy of the invoice.
  • The refund will be processed withinΒ 5 to 10 business daysΒ after receiving the product and validating the bank details. The exchange will be processed withinΒ 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns:

Salon In will cover return shipping costs if the package is available for pickup on the first attempt. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the customer will bear additional costs.

Free Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products
  • If the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, Salon In will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement is not available withinΒ 5 business days, a full refund will be processed withinΒ 5 to 10 business daysΒ after receiving the customer's bank account details.
  • To qualify for a free return, the product must beΒ unopened, in itsΒ original packaging, and withΒ intact labels
Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received the product as a gift, you can exchange it withinΒ 30 calendar daysΒ of delivery.

Conditions for an Exchange:
  • The product must beΒ unused,Β unopened, and inΒ perfect condition.
  • It must retain itsΒ original labelΒ andΒ packaging.
  • TheΒ purchase invoiceΒ orΒ gift receiptΒ must be provided.
  • Sale or clearance itemsΒ are non-exchangeable, except under warranty.
Quality Claims

If a product has aΒ quality issue, Salon In will offer a replacement or refund, covering the return shipping costs.

Cases Where Warranty Does NOT Apply:

❌ More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
❌ Improper use of the product.
❌ Exposure to extreme temperatures, affecting its composition.
❌ Direct sun or excessive heat exposure, altering the formula.
❌ Mixing the product with other substances.
❌ Normal wear and tear from prolonged use.
❌ Natural variations in texture or fragrance.

Shipping Errors
