Simple Steps for Hassle-Free Returns and Product Exchanges

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Steps to Request a Refund or Exchange:
  • Notify Salon In about the products you wish to return or exchange, and the reason, by contacting info@salonin.us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The email should include: 
  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Product(s)
  • Reason for refund or exchange
  • Once the request is received, we will review the case. If applicable, we will send a return label, and the product must be shipped within 30 business days once the return is confirmed by Salon In.
  • The returned package must include a copy of the invoice.
  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the product and validating the bank details. The exchange will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns:

Salon In will cover return shipping costs if the package is available for pickup on the first attempt. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the customer will bear additional costs.

Free Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products
  • If the customer receives an incorrect or defective product, Salon In will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement is not available within 5 business days, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the customer's bank account details.
  • To qualify for a free return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and with intact labels
Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received the product as a gift, you can exchange it within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions for an Exchange:
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
  • It must retain its original label and packaging.
  • The purchase invoice or gift receipt must be provided.
  • Sale or clearance items are non-exchangeable, except under warranty.
Quality Claims

If a product has a quality issue, Salon In will offer a replacement or refund, covering the return shipping costs.

Cases Where Warranty Does NOT Apply:

❌ More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
❌ Improper use of the product.
❌ Exposure to extreme temperatures, affecting its composition.
❌ Direct sun or excessive heat exposure, altering the formula.
❌ Mixing the product with other substances.
❌ Normal wear and tear from prolonged use.
❌ Natural variations in texture or fragrance.

Shipping Errors

If Salon In ships the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct product at no additional charge.
