If your order is delayed, contact us at Info@salonin.us, and we will provide you with the status of your delivery. At Salon In, we are committed to delivering orders within the estimated time. However, if there are shipping delays, we will notify the customer and offer the option to:

  1. Accept the new estimated delivery date and wait for the arrival of the order.
  2. Cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

If we do not receive a response within the given time frame, we will assume that you accept the new delivery time.

Does Salon In ship outside the United States?

 No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Does Salon In test on animals?

No. Salon In Recamier does not test on animals. All products are cruelty-free. Our Vegan Keratin & Collagen line is also fully vegan — formulated with acacia-derived keratin and plant-based collagen, with no animal-derived ingredients of any kind.

Which products are hypoallergenic?

Our Vegan Keratin & Collagen and Green Forest lines are formulated without parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes or formaldehyde, making them suitable for most sensitive scalps. If you have a known allergy to a specific ingredient, review the full ingredient list on the product page or contact us at info@salonin.us before purchasing.

What is the expiration date of the products?

Most Salon In Recamier products have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months from the manufacturing date when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The expiration date is printed on the bottom or back label of each product. Once opened, use within 12 months for best results.

Do shampoos contain salt?

Our salt-free shampoos and conditioners include the full Vegan Keratin & Collagen, Hydra Repair, Liss Control, Curls & Waves, Color Guard, Keratin Ultra Force and Green Forest lines. Salt-free formulas are critical after keratin treatments and for color-treated hair — sodium chloride breaks down treatments and fades color. Check each product page for the full ingredient list.

Do you have products without sulfates, parabens and silicones?

Yes. The following lines are sulfate-free, paraben-free and silicone-free: Vegan Keratin & Collagen, Hydra Repair, Liss Control, Curls & Waves, Color Guard, Keratin Ultra Force and Green Forest. These formulas are safe for daily use, color-treated hair and post-keratin treatment maintenance.

Is the Braziliss keratin treatment formaldehyde-free?

Yes. The entire Braziliss Keratin System — Clarifying Shampoo (Step 1), Hair Treatment (Step 2) and Intensive Mask (Step 3) — is 100% formaldehyde-free and free of formaldehyde-releasing agents. It is safe for professional salon use and at-home use. The treatment delivers progressive straightening, frizz control and deep repair with argan oil, keratin, shea butter and jojoba oil.

How long does the Braziliss keratin treatment last?

The Braziliss progressive straightening treatment typically lasts 3 to 5 months, depending on hair type, porosity and washing frequency. To extend results, use a salt-free, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner — such as the Braziliss Clarifying Shampoo or any product from our salt-free lines (Hydra Repair, Liss Control, Vegan Keratin & Collagen).

What is the difference between a keratin treatment and BTX?

Keratin treatments (like Braziliss) fill gaps in the hair fiber with keratin protein to reduce frizz and progressively straighten hair. Results last 3–5 months and require a flat iron heat-setting step.

BTX (Botox for hair) is a deep conditioning treatment that smooths the cuticle and repairs fiber damage without straightening. Our BTX Renewal Hair Treatment uses argan oil and Tamariliz to restore shine, softness and frizz control. Results last 4–8 weeks and it works on all hair types, including curly hair.

How should I care for my hair after a keratin treatment?

After a Braziliss keratin or BTX treatment:

  1. Wait 72 hours before the first wash.
  2. Use only salt-free, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner — sodium chloride breaks down the treatment.
  3. Avoid hair ties, clips or anything that creates creases in the first 72 hours.
  4. Apply a thermal protector before any heat styling.
  5. Wash with lukewarm water — hot water opens the cuticle and shortens treatment life.
How often should I use a deep treatment hair mask?

For dry or damaged hair, use a deep treatment mask once or twice a week. For normal hair, once every two weeks is sufficient for maintenance. Leave the mask on for 5 to 15 minutes (up to 30 minutes with heat) for maximum absorption. What is the best way to control frizz at home?
